Why has Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival 2020 been postponed until 2021?
The decision was made for a number of reasons, including the fact Midlands Air Ambulance Charity has been unable to source suitable new dates in 2020 with all of third party stakeholders as the event requires significant collaboration with the RAF, Highways England, the Police, local council and a number of smaller organisations.
In addition, the current state of the economy means the charity is unsure if exhibitors and traders would be able to attend the event, and therefore the event may not raise sufficient funds to support the vitally-important pre-hospital service.
This will come as disappointing news, and the charity hopes to reassure you that it is in the process of sourcing new dates for the Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival for 2021, which is the charity’s 30th anniversary year. This date will be first released to those who bought tickets for 2020, as soon as confirmed.
